Equipment service status handback

HC-SVC-01 / A CONCEPT
Equipment service status handback
DRAFT — educator and biomedical review required
HCM-T01 / HC-CFG-01-A-CONCEPT

Rehearse transfer of equipment status after a training service-review scenario. This is a communication draft, not maintenance, repair or electrical testing instruction.

01. Identify the training item [BODY]
Confirm HCM-T01 and the designated training setting with the receiving educator.
Evidence: Asset and training boundary confirmed.
STOP: Do not use this draft on clinical equipment.

02. Read the declared status [NOTE]
State what the synthetic work record says and distinguish that declaration from verified evidence.
Evidence: Declared status and source separated.
STOP: A statement alone does not validate a measurement.

03. Name the unresolved restriction [TAG-H]
Keep the accessory discrepancy and HELD state visible at handback.
Evidence: Current restriction remains explicit.
STOP: Do not imply service-ready or clinical-ready status.

04. List required evidence [NOTE]
Identify the approved procedure and review/instrument records required by the authorized owner. Record missing material as pending.
Evidence: Required and missing evidence listed.
STOP: Never fabricate readings, limits or acceptance thresholds.

05. Compare the configuration [P1]
Use the exact trainer, P1 and accessory identities across the record and handback.
Evidence: Configuration continuity checked.
STOP: A mismatched source or part keeps review open.

06. Confirm review ownership [NOTE]
Name who must review outstanding evidence and who receives the item/status record.
Evidence: Next owner and review action confirmed.
STOP: Do not substitute an unnamed future approval.

07. Repeat back the status [NOTE]
Receiver repeats asset, HELD restriction, pending evidence and next owner; sender confirms.
Evidence: Equipment-only closed-loop acknowledgement.
STOP: Correct omissions before completing the rehearsal.

08. Debrief the transfer [TAG-H]
Review the clarity and completeness of the training handback. Equipment disposition follows a separate approved process.
Evidence: Communication feedback recorded without release claim.
STOP: No repair, safety certification or clinical release is conferred.

Source basis: Existing HCM-T01 scenario and continuity bible; no approved operating SOP supplied.
A completed rehearsal never releases equipment for clinical use.
